Startups

Helping you turn ideas into impact

We empower start-ups with the knowledge, capital and networks they need to scale successfully. From early-stage ideation to preparing for later-stage rounds or an eventual IPO, our programmes are designed to support founders at each critical milestone.

By combining access to capital partners, structured mentorship, strategic guidance and a focused accelerator programme, we help entrepreneurs turn bold ideas into sustainable, investor-ready businesses.

Our goal is not only to prepare start-ups for funding, but also to equip them with the tools to compete and thrive in demanding markets.

Capital & Investment Advisory

Pre-seed to IPO

We provide tailored capital and funding advisory support to help start-ups navigate the journey from pre-seed to later stages. Our team works closely with founders to:

  • structure funding rounds,

  • clarify capital requirements and use of funds,

  • connect with relevant investors, and

  • think through valuation and dilution strategies over time.

We act as a strategic adviser and matchmaking platform. All investments are made directly between investors and companies, and formal IPO or public-issue processes are handled by SEBI-registered merchant bankers and other licensed intermediaries.

Helping start-ups scale faster, smarter, stronger

Our intensive 12-week accelerator equips early-stage start-ups with the mentorship, resources and connections they need to grow. Designed for founders with bold ideas, the programme blends hands-on guidance, strategic planning and exposure to investors to help turn your vision into a resilient business.

You progress through a structured curriculum that covers everything from refining product-market fit to preparing for fundraising and building internal systems. Each week is crafted to improve focus, speed and execution quality.

Kickstart funding support

To help start-ups hit the ground running, selected participants in our 12-week accelerator programme are eligible for initial funding of up to INR 2.5 million (subject to due diligence, terms and final approval).

This early-stage support can be used to:

  • develop or refine your MVP,

  • conduct market research and customer validation,

  • build your core team, or

  • cover essential early operational costs.

The objective is to reduce short-term capital pressure so founders can focus on building, learning and executing. Funding, where offered, is provided directly by Capital Circle and/or aligned investors; it is not guaranteed for all applicants or participants.
