Krit Tayal is an investment strategist with UK consulting experience and a focus on global public markets. He leads Capital Circle’s investment strategy and thematic research, with coverage across consumer, technology, luxury and new-economy sectors. His approach integrates macroeconomics, trade policy, regulation and geopolitics to translate global shifts into high-conviction, actionable investment strategies.

    We work with founders to make their businesses “investor ready” – refining their story, numbers, structure and funding roadmap from seed to later stages.

  • Mentorship & Strategic Guidance:
    Through our 12-week accelerator programme and bespoke advisory work, we support founders on strategy, go-to-market, governance and growth.

  • Funding Support & Introductions:
    We help start-ups identify the right type of capital and connect them with aligned angels, family offices and funds. All investments are made directly between founders and investors.
     

For Investors

  • Curated Deal Flow:
    We selectively share early and growth-stage opportunities with investors who understand the risk and time horizons of private markets.

  • Structured Information & Founder Access:
    We organise key information, highlight risk factors and facilitate direct conversations with founders so investors can make their own independent decisions.

  • No Membership Fees, No Pooled Funds:
    We do not charge recurring membership fees to investors, and we never pool investor money. You stay flexible and cost-efficient, focusing your capital on opportunities – not on platform overheads.

What We Are Not

To keep things transparent and compliant:

  • We are not a fund, AIF, PMS or hedge fund

  • We do not pool or manage investor money

  • We do not provide portfolio management services

  • We do not offer personalised investment advice or stock tips

  • We do not act as merchant bankers or lead managers to issues

Capital Circle operates as a consulting and matchmaking platform. All investments are made directly between investors and companies, and investors are responsible for their own decisions in consultation with their regulated advisers.

Our Story

Capital Circle was born from a different view of how private investing should work.

We saw that many angel networks charge fixed monthly membership fees on top of success fees. For a lot of emerging investors, that’s an unnecessary barrier to even getting started. At the same time, these platforms often market the names of their investors and start-ups heavily, rather than quietly protecting their privacy and interests.

We wanted to build an alternative.

Capital Circle was created as a discreet, advisory-led interface where founders and investors can work together without paying for “access” or being turned into marketing material. The focus is on clarity, alignment and thoughtful deal-making, not on selling seats in a network.

We started by helping a small group of founders organise their data, refine their pitch and speak to investors in a more structured way. At the same time, we began supporting investors who wanted better visibility into deals without being overwhelmed by volume, fees or marketing spin.

Over time, this evolved into:

  • A 12-week accelerator programme for early-stage founders

  • A curated deal-sharing network for investors

  • A set of playbooks and frameworks for fundraising, governance and growth

 

Today, Capital Circle continues to grow as a quiet, trusted interface between ambitious founders and serious investors, with economics and privacy designed to be fair for both sides.
